ClaimRight helps South African medical aid members challenge denied and short-paid claims when the scheme’s registered rules or applicable medical-scheme requirements may support payment.

Members upload their rejection letter and statement. Our system classifies the denial, checks a curated rules corpus, prepares a cited appeal and supports escalation to the Council for Medical Schemes when appropriate. Every accepted appeal receives human quality control.

We stay deliberately narrow: ClaimRight disputes payment decisions. We do not provide clinical advice, financial product advice or court representation, and we decline claims that do not fit our scope.
